Adela Gonzalez
CEO
Adela Gonzalez is the CEO and co-founder of Arrive Financial Services, a wealth management firm born from her experience with her father and his retirement challenges. Despite a lifetime of hard work, Adela learned that her father’s retirement plan wasn’t as secure as she thought. She embraced the learning curve, realizing the dire need for comprehensive financial planning services in her family and community.
As a natural caregiver, Adela felt that she could better serve her community by pivoting away from her twenty-year career as a surgical nurse to become a 403(b) and 457-market certified financial professional. With her husband and business partner Ariel, she uses her skills to leave the world a little better than what she found it by preparing her clients for the future with sound financial advice and plans tailored to meet their specific goals and situations.
As a firm believer that family is everything, Adela raises her four children, Ariel Isaiah, Ayden, Ari, and Aniya—nicknamed the “A-Team”—in her Gilbert, AZ home. You can often find Adela and her family working out together, playing soccer, golfing, or exploring the Seven Wonders of the World and New York City. Adela loves building her family business and witnessing how her work allows the families she serves to position the next generation a few stepping stones ahead of the game.

Ariel Gonzalez, ChFC
President
Ariel Gonzalez, President and co-founder of Arrive Financial Services, starts each day by asking, “Whose life can I change today?” As a 20 year veteran of the financial services industry, Ariel has helped over 6,300 families secure their financial futures, launched multiple offices, and continues to expand his fiduciary reach to more people every year. As a first-generation Mexican-American, Ariel learned early on that financial security was about more than making money; it was about managing it appropriately.
He became acutely aware of how little the average person knows about wealth management and made it his mission to grow the quality of life for his community and his family through financial planning. Today, he furthers the legacy of his company and the people within his community by helping them financially grow and reach their full potential.
When Ariel isn’t helping his neighbors secure a brighter financial future, he’s with his family, lovingly nicknamed the “A-Team.” He raises his four children—Ariel Isaiah, Aniya, Ayden, Ari— with his wife and business partner Adela in Gilbert, AZ. An avid sports family, you can find Ariel practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and or golfing.
